Yes. We are a family-run business based in West Lothian. We live and work locally and take pride in serving homeowners throughout Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and Falkirk.

We do everything ourselves from booking you in, answering your questions, surveying and fitting your door.

We do not subcontract our installations to unknown fitters. You deal directly with us from survey through to installation, ensuring a consistent and professional service.

Our quotations are typically valid for 30 days from the date issued.
As garage doors are manufactured to order and supplier pricing can change, we recommend accepting your quotation within this period. Availability of installation dates may also vary depending on demand.
If your quotation has expired, simply contact us and we'll be happy to review it for you.

Depending on how long it's been since the last survey we may need to re book you for up to date information and in some cases a fee may be applicable which will be refundable on order.

Will You Take Away My Old Door?

Yes, both our LGD55 and LGD77 range of garage doors offer good insulation thanks to their double skinned aluminium and foam filled insert. Our compact LGD55 range have a foam filled insert of 8mm - 10mm thick and for our larger LGD77 range, the insert is 18mm - 20mm thick.


Our Sectionals and side hinged are also insulated.

Yes! After we've installed your new garage door we will remove all the waste and take away your old door and parts free of charge.

All of our garage doors comes with a minimum of 2 year parts and labour warranty.

Different door types have different warranties up to 10 years. We can advise you on these before ordering.

Are The Remote Controls Included?

Yes! Two remote controls are included with your garage door and extra remotes can be purchased if needed. Up to 25 remotes can be paired with your door.

An External Manual Override feature allows the garage door to be opened manually from the outside in the event of a power failure.

For roller doors the wall plate is locked from the outside for safety, so if you ever need access you simply remove the lock and insert the supplied handle to manually wind the door down.


Sectional and Electric Up and Over Doors have manual override located on the door.

A wireless or wired safety edge is a sensor placed at the bottom of garage doors. The sensor can tell when it encounters something in its path, and when doing so will return to the open position. This increases the safety of the system by preventing the door closing on someone or something.

That's why we always carry out a site survey before providing a final quotation. By measuring your garage accurately, we can ensure your new door fits perfectly and operates as intended.
Many modern sectional and roller garage doors are manufactured to your exact opening size, allowing for a cleaner finish and better overall performance.
